We have the pleasure of dining at the tables of some of the best chefs in the greater Chicago area. And there is geographic dispersion, from the North Shore to downtown to the southern suburbs. Thanks to the good work of Greg Miller (Cellar Master) and Jim Biery (Sommelier) – backed up by the Cellar Committee – we enjoy aged wines worth substantially more than the price charged for dinner. The majority of our cellared wines are French, but we also have wines from Italy, Germany, Spain and the United States.
